Our Policies

Table Rock Jungle Lodge Strongly encourage the purchase of Travel Insurance to Cover Against cancellation or Date changes in Unforeseen Circumstances as we are unable to refund payments for reservation within 30 days prior to arrival.

  • ACCOMMODATIONS
    • Prices on this website are in U.S. Dollars and are per room, per night based on double occupancy using existing bedding.
    • 3-night minimum stay required. There is a 5-night minimum stay for Christmas/New Years Peak Season dates.
    • Check-In: 3:00 PM / Check-Out: 11:00 AM
      • Our guests are always welcome to arrive earlier than the check-in time and enjoy the property and its amenities until their room is ready.
    • Up to two children under 18 years of age stay for FREE in the same room with parent using existing bed. Additional adults or children in a room or the addition of a rollaway bed each incur a US$20 per night fee.
    • Room rate includes complimentary on-site activities: self-guided canoeing, tubing, hiking, swimming, and Wifi.
      • Our complimentary on-site activities hold no monetary value and discounts will not be given should any of these activities be unavailable due to acts of nature, safety concerns, or other reasons.
    • Please add 9% hotel tax and 10% service charge to accommodation rates. Please add 12.5% GST and 10% service charge on all other services.
  • MEALS
    • For our guests with dietary restrictions, we are happy to prepare special menus for you with advanced notice. Kindly email us with the details at info@tablerockbelize.com.
    • Discounted Meal Plan is charged per person, per day. One meal plan includes a breakfast and dinner for one person.
    • Unused portions of pre-paid Meal Plans are non-refundable. Desserts, beverages, and snacks are available all day for an additional fee.
  • PACKAGES
    • Unused portions of vacation packages are non-refundable.
  • TOURS
    • Adventure tours include transportation to and from the lodge, entrance fees, gear, lunch (full-day tours only) and have a two-person minimum.
    • You may be joined with guests from other establishments.
    • 50% cancellation fee applies to any tours booked and then cancelled by the guest less than 24 hours in advance.
  • CANCELLATIONS
    • Bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm.
    • The balance of the reservation payment will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival.
    • Cancellations made 30 days or more from your arrival date, will be refunded all but a US$50.00 administrative fee per room plus 12.5 % General Sales Tax.
    • Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
      • For this reason, we strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to cover against cancellation or date changes in unforeseen circumstances.
    • No shows and cancellations for circumstances out of the hotel’s control (i.e., cancelled flights, weather, etc.)  cannot be refunded. For this additional reason, we STRONGLY encourage the purchase of travel insurance.
    • Know that all charges will be made in Belize Dollars at the prevailing exchange rate, which is currently 2 BZD: 1 USD. Your bank or credit card company may apply fees for facilitating a foreign transaction.
  • ADDITIONAL
    • Reservations required for accommodations, activities, and meals.Complimentary on-site parking is available for our guests. Please reserve with us in advance.
    • Table Rock is not currently handicapped accessible, so if you have mobility issues you may want to consider this prior to booking.
    • All prices are subject to change without notice.
