    Jungle Waterfall Pontoon Adventure

    Spend the day boating, swimming, and exploring in the majestic heights of the upper Macal River reservoir on the Jungle Gypsy, a pontoon boat made for a leisurely cruise around this pristine natural area. During this outing you’ll have the chance to learn about the surrounding area from Captain Robert who grew up here and who will teach you about the flora and fauna of the area. Splendor at the beauty of Rio Frio Waterfall, Twin Falls, and the aptly named Sandpaper Falls where you can climb, swim, and explore. Don’t miss out on the rope swing, tubing behind the boat, and the delicious Belizean BBQ lunch prepared right onboard.

    Drive Time from Table Rock: 1 hour on unpaved road

    Adventure Level: Moderate. This adventure can be enjoyed by most fitness levels and ages. Make this adventure more extreme by climbing the falls and jumping off the high rocks and rope swing.

    What to Wear & Bring: Bathing suits are a must for this water-filled day. Be sure to bring along sunscreen, repellent, towel, water shoes, and a change of clothes.

    Restrictions: Basic swimming skills are a plus. Not for those with mobility issues.
